You will shape the future of essential services, drive strategic and operational change, and deliver impact that reaches every household and business on the island.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chair of the Board, the CEO will be responsible for shaping and Connect’s strategic vision, improving financial performance, and leading infrastructure and energy transformation projects. You will inspire a workforce of around 80 employees, manage a significant operational and capital budget, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders including government ministers, regulators, and the public.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a dynamic and credible strategic leader with a proven ability to develop business objectives in line with long-term strategies. You will be a people-focused leader with a evidence of developing, uniting and motivating diverse multi-disciplinary teams in complex organisations. The successful candidate will evidence a track record of stakeholder engagement across government, regulators, and communities, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage reputation and build trust.
